Lidi Grimaldi appointed Chief Executive Officer at Interbrand Milan
Milano, 14th February 2023: Interbrand announced the promotion of Lidi Grimaldi to CEO of Interbrand Milan.
Grimaldi steps into this newly created role with extensive leadership experience acquired by successfully leading the Interbrand Milan office from 2019 to the present as Managing Director and working at Interbrand for over 15 years. She has demonstrated her exceptional leadership navigating the recent health and economic crises.
As part of Interbrand’s leadership, she will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s business strategy in Italy. She will continue working closely with clients, as well as developing a community of talented professionals ready to face the challenge of working with Italian and global brands.

Lidi joined Interbrand in 2008, after five years as a lecturer and researcher in the Marketing Department of SDA Bocconi’s School of Management. In Interbrand, she held roles of increasing responsibility, contributing with vision and determination to make Interbrand Milan a center of innovation and excellence in brand consultancy. Between 2009 and 2010, she led the Brand Valuation and Analytics team of Interbrand’s São Paolo office.
