I look forward to a very exciting future at Interbrand and the opportunity to grow in partnership with our clients and talent.”

With a track record in brand strategy, visionary leadership and transformative impact, Hardardottir will lead the North America business through a period of dynamic growth and be responsible for an integrated team of strategists, analysts, designers, writers, researchers and innovators helping clients leverage their brands to grow their businesses.

Interbrand’s Global CEO, Gonzalo Brujó, said: “Holmfridur’s strategic vision, combined with her deep understanding of brand and business strategy make her the ideal leader for our New York office. There is no one more fitting to lead the North America business for its continued success. I could not be more thrilled that she is taking on this critical role.”

In June this year, Interbrand will celebrate its 50th anniversary.
