Play Arena: Live Conversation

Play is the beating heart of a cultural revolution. In this Arena, formed by the rapidly colliding spaces of sports, gaming, entertainment and the arts, competition for time and wallet-share increasingly comes from surprising sources, driven by consumers’ insatiable desire to both connect and disconnect through play, and made possible by faster tech, deeper engagement, and a diminishing reliance on physical proximity.
Our Arena Live series celebrates the brands at the forefront of this revolution, who are commanding attention, inviting participation, and securing relevance through a deep understanding of the power of their customers, their business, and their brands.
We will be joined by three leading marketers from Spotify, Bally’s and Oakland Roots who will discuss the increasing power of consumers, athletes, and artists, and how brands are proactively engaging and inviting participation. We will examine the growing importance of purpose, coming out of a time of turbulence, and how brands increasingly need to come off the sidelines. Also looking at the convergence of physical and digital experiences, and what comes next as we return to a version of normal – highlighting engagement with new tech opportunities, from NFTs to AR/VR to 5G.
Join this on-line event introduced by Daniel Binns, CEO of Interbrand NY and moderated by Geoff Miller, Director, Client Services – our Play Arena guru – to learn what leading brands are doing in the Play Arena.
