Nissan had aggressive targets for the company’s regions to hit within 5 years. The challenge? Local teams lacked the tools they needed to utilize the brand and achieve the required growth.
We partnered with Nissan to tailor our Brand Strength framework to the needs and culture of the organization, creating a brand performance management system for all of its key markets. With that data in hand, we designed a playbook that empowers country management to diagnose their own challenges, set strategic priorities, and devise tactical activation plans for their unique markets.
Locally, the approach enables functions outside of marketing to collectively engage with and actively build the brand. Globally, the tool helps international functions identify and resolve common issues on a regular basis. We created an intelligent brand management system to activate the global Nissan brand.
