Cotterrell is returning to Interbrand after an 11-year absence in which he set up and ran the highly-awarded consulting and design shop: Goosebumps. With a career that spans a quarter of a century and the worlds of both advertising and brand consulting, Cotterrell’s experience and reputation for transformative thinking was a big draw for the new leadership team at Interbrand.

With experience in re-energising big brands such as British Airways, Orange, Pearson and Vauxhall as well as kick-starting fast-growing start-up brands like Urban Villa and Another Day, Cotterrell hopes to bring some new approaches to the London consultancy.
