The region will be led by newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Gonzalo Brujó, new Chief Strategy Officer, Manfredi Ricca and COO/CFO, Vincent Baroin.
LONDON, UK (21 April 2015) – Interbrand, the world’s leading brand consultancy, announced today the appointment of Gonzalo Brujó as Chief Executive Officer, EMEA & LatAm and Manfredi Ricca, Chief Strategy Officer, EMEA & LatAm.
As Chief Executive Officer, Gonzalo Brujó will lead the region’s teams in managing the development and growth and will be accountable for regional key client relationships. Manfredi Ricca, as Chief Strategy Officer, will oversee the quality and development of Interbrand’s work for the region’s clients, as well as support the firm’s regional business strategy.
Gonzalo, who is an active member of Interbrand’s Global Executive Committee, joined Interbrand 13 years ago and since then has held several senior positions within the Group, the most recent being his position of Chairman Latin America & Iberia. He is also a lecturer, columnist, professor of business schools, collaborator in various publications and author of several best selling books, including the recently launched Lanmarq.
Manfredi, newly appointed CSO, will also retain his position as Managing Director of Interbrand’s Italian office. He joined Interbrand in 1999 and has led the Italian office’s growth and development over the past decade. Manfredi has spoken at conferences worldwide and lectures at various university and MBA programmes. A regular media commentator, he is also co-author of the book, Meta-luxury: Brands and the Culture of Excellence.
Together Gonzalo and Manfredi bring over 30 years of consulting experience, having partnered with the leadership of world class organizations on the creation, management and valuation of their brands globally.
