Mitsui Garden Hotel
The Japanese hotel industry has faced very big change in the last few years. Many big names have launched in Japan, and Internet sites that claim to provide the best prices for users have proven to be stiff competition.
In order to differentiate itself from the competition, Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management decided to work on developing its brand.
We first helped it reorganize its brand structure. “Hotel Sun Garden” was merged to “Mitsui Garden Hotel.”
Next, we honed in on the hotel’s audience: a business traveler who desires a comfortable room after a busy day of work, even if it is a little more expensive. We put in place a new brand identity concept to target the audience: “Gratifying your five senses.”
The brand color and logo correspond to the brand name and the new focus on the senses.
To enhance the concept even further, Mitsui Garden Hotel has implemented an original “pleasant sleep pillow,” and other products. Since the new brand launch, the hotel has received excellent reviews from Michelin’s guide book, and built an impeccable reputation.
