Bufalo is a brand of Herdez Group known for its hot sauce, but not as much for the rest of its product portfolio. The Herdez Group’s main objectives were to address a younger target and establish Bufalo as a symbol of origin. They wanted a brand that would capture attention, boost presence and increase visibility on the shelf. To accomplish that, Interbrand developed a series of bold, modern labels for each of their product lines. We made the signature Bufalo symbol bigger and more noticeable, and integrated colors that would help distinguish the brand from the worn out red color typical of its category.
