But as one of the many non-profits in the New York metro area offering these valuable services, Fountain House had to stand out in order to succeed.
After identifying Fountain House’s key strengths and differentiators, we built a new brand positioning.
We implemented the key idea across all touchpoints, strengthening Fountain House’s relationship with members, donors, and the community.
Our positioning was translated into a bright and hopeful identity that used the New York skyline to define Fountain House as a beacon for those in need. And to lock-in with the visual identity, we created a tagline.
Fountain House’s positioning, identity, and tagline were enthusiastically received. Today, Fountain House still stands strong, as a beacon of hope.
