Tokyo Tatemono is a comprehensive real-estate developer with a century-long history. While it sought expansion into the competitive apartment property market, it was concerned that it suffered from low brand recognition and confusion over the company’s name.
Our customer, competitor, and employee research verified consumers’ needs and possibilities for the future. A new brand name, Brillia, was developed to convey Tokyo Tatemono’s direction and visual identity.
Additionally, we rebranded all major contact points, including model rooms and contract centers, to ensure that they matched the new brand identity.
As a result, Brillia is widely recognized and has been highly praised. Currently, the brand is working on further revisions, including improvements to its channels of communication.
