Former Director of Business Development for Interbrand Cincinnati returns as Executive Director specializing in growth for the retail and consumer branding teams
Cincinnati, Ohio – February 27, 2018 – Interbrand Cincinnati welcomes Tom Custer back “home” to help the team define the experiences of the future, while growing both the retail and consumer branding practices.
Custer, who spent over four years as Executive Director of Business Development in Interbrand’s Cincinnati office, left in 2013 to develop business and marketing for FRCH Design Worldwide as Vice President. Following his success of cultivating a business development culture, contributing significant revenue growth for the firm, he returns to Interbrand where he will oversee growth of the the consumer branding and retail teams out of the Cincinnati office.

Frankly, it’s an evolution that I’m excited in being a part of,” said Tom Custer, Interbrand Cincinnati Executive Director. “Joining the Growth team in North America allows me to bring together my passions of growing brands and businesses, from both a retail and consumer branding perspective.”
As an active member of the National Retail Federation’s (NRF) Associate Member Council, Tom Custer co-leads the Communication Strategy & Messaging task team for new members. Another passion close to Custer’s heart is spending time with his family. Coming from a large family, he credits his work ethic and sense of respect to his own vibrant upbringing and being a part of a growing family. His work ethic has never gone unnoticed, as it has proven to be the driver behind his ability to deliver significant growth and cultivate new client relationships.
