What qualifies as an Iconic Canadian Brand? An Iconic Canadian brand is one that, in its own way, authentically becomes part of the country’s fabric. It can be new, old, or out of business. It can be for- or non-profit. Serious or fun. National or local. But it must have achieved significant growth and impacted the Canadian experience in a significant way.
Until May 5, 2017, you can submit the names of your iconic brands, along with a sentence or two describing what makes them iconic to you. There are two ways to nominate:
