Warren Wang has over 20 years of experience working in China and in the United States. His cross-cultural experience covers a variety of industries in both the private and public sectors including consulting, IT, Internet, health care, public relations, and higher education.
He is a highly-regarded specialist in corporate branding, marketing, and corporate communications. As CEO of Interbrand China, his primary responsibility is to build, lead, and sustain a strong management team there.
Prior to joining Interbrand, Warren was Managing Director of Siegel+Gale China, General Manager at GolinHarris, and General Manager at FutureBrand Beijing/Shanghai. Warren was also the co-founder and CEO of a software, systems integration, and Internet solutions company specialized in serving Chinese telecom corporations in China.
The clients he has served during his career include: Nestle, InBev, Yili, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Chinese Olympic Committee, China Everbright Holdings, China World Trade Center, China Resources, DOW, China Unicom, China Mobile, Tsinghua Unisplendours.
Warren earned his undergraduate degree in English Literature from Beijing Normal College of Foreign Languages and an M.A. in Communication Studies from Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts (US). He is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
