Nina is Managing Director Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at Interbrand. Nina has more than 15 years experience in the strategic development, management and implementation of brands on a global scale. She has extensive branding knowledge, having worked with a diverse range of clients across a number of industries including brands like: Airbus, Airport Munich, BASF, Bayer, Borealis, Deutsche Telekom, Heinemann, Huawei, OMV, REWE/DER Touristik, SHV Energy
She is based in Germany, having worked previously in London and across Central and Eastern Europe. In her current role Nina is leading the Business for Interbrand in CEE.
Nina has developed the employer branding practice for Interbrand; she has put a special focus on change management within organizations and employee engagement programs. In addition, she is helping clients to define and successful implement a clear employer value proposition, she writes articles and teaches the practice.
Nina is particularly fascinated by brands driving change within organizations and companies becoming brand driven – to ultimately increase and strategically manage their brand as a driver and accelerator for growth.
After graduating in Design & Brand Management (Cologne and Rotterdam) Nina started her career as a strategic brand consultant before entering a management position.
Nina lives together with her husband and two baby girls.
