Nina Oswald is Managing Director, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at Interbrand and Interbrand’s Marketing Capabilities Practice Lead, EMEA. Nina leads the business for Interbrand in CEE and spearheads the Marketing Capabilities Practice in the EMEA region. In this second key role, she is deepening Interbrand’s expertise in empowering marketers to drive sustainable brand and business change and growth, from within their organizations.
Nina has more than 20 years of experience in the strategic development, management, and implementation of brands on a global scale. She has extensive branding knowledge, having worked with a diverse range of clients across a number of industries including: Airbus, Airport Munich, BASF, Bayer, Borealis, Deutsche Telekom, Heinemann, Huawei, OMV, Philips, REWE/DER Touristik, and SHV Energy.
Nina developed the employer branding practice for Interbrand, putting a special focus on change management within organizations and employee engagement programs. She helps clients define and successfully implement a clear employer value proposition, while writing articles and teaching about the practice.
Nina is currently based in Cologne, Germany, having previously worked in London and across Central and Eastern Europe. She holds a degree in Design & Brand Management (Cologne and Rotterdam), and lives with her husband and two girls.
