In her role as the leader of the Canadian business, Carolyn strives to foster a workplace that embraces collaboration and creativity, and challenges status quo thinking, and collaborates closely with clients across Canada. She is also Interbrand’s global brand engagement expert, with a speciality in helping leaders and organizations adapt to change and transform cultures and processes.
Carolyn has extensive expertise in the science, technology, engineering, and manufacturing sectors, and has led global mandates for John Deere, Ford, Hatch, IBM, Celestica, BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products), Thomson Reuters, and Microsoft.
In 2013, Carolyn was ranked as one of Canada’s top 100 female entrepreneurs on the PROFIT/Chatelaine W100 list. She is also a member of the Toronto Region Board of Trade’s Economic Development and Smartcities Committees.
